[attr="class","naen"]Burek hd to admit he wasn’t to thrilled right now. After being dragged over to his friends house to make him some food for his lover. Burek felt a bit sad because there was something wrong with that situation. While it was true he was overjoyed to help his friend. There was something different about today the two seemed to fight back and forth because he had helped his friend fix the food. Plus the glares he got from his friends SO was clear as day about how the male had felt about him. So it made Burek feel a bit bad because he never wanted to cause problems. But having his friend thank him did make him happy because it wasn’t often the other would say thanks to him. So it warmed Burek’s heart so much. So naturally the good overweighs the bad in situations like this.

With the night coming sooner and sooner, Bure knew that he was never going to get him in time so he looked up at the sky. His brother would wonder where he was if he was gone to long. But he knew his brother would just assume that he was staying with a friend tonight. So he decided to venture out into the woods a bit till he got over to the eagles point. Smiling a bit to himself when he looked up at the night sky he couldn't do anything but smile when he made his way up to the highest point he could. Crossing his legs over one another his mismatched eyes eyes looked up at the night sky with awe. He loved seeing the stars it made him so happy.

Closing his eyes for a moment he made a silent little wish. His hands closed together as if it would make his wish come true. When he had finished his wished he opened his eyes and looked up at the sky once more. ”Say Ryder, is this what you pictured when you was younger? To have a place of your own with a family? Or would you rather have kept stealing for the poor?” He hummed to himself talking to himself before looking down and at the things below. He loved seeing the fireflies. Not even caring that it was getting colder. Winter was in full bloom wasn’t it? No but it would be soon. Oh well, he was ready. He had some nice clothes this tim compared to last year.

[attr="class","nPost"]A loud crack resounded from beneath his foot as he pressed down a stick, breaking it in two with flecks of bark scattered around. He stilled, his body tensing as dark eyes turned down. He leaned over slightly to peer past the hare cradled in his arms, one hand gliding over its head to smooth down its ears so they were not in the way. Slowly, his foot lifted off the stick, only to be placed somewhere else. An accident, that's all it had been, yet he was already inwardly scolding himself for letting his centuries of stealth be foiled by a stick.

One might say there was no reason for him to be so quiet, but he would argue that he had every reason to be. There was a human presence nearby, too close for comfort. Normally he would avoid Eagle's Point like the plague, knowing that far too many people came up here, especially couples. Today just happened to be the exception because he thought it was empty. He had been proven wrong the moment he was close enough to sense a single human, but by then he had already come to the conclusion that one should be easy enough to scare off so he could have the overlook to himself for the night.

So, here he was, already losing the element of surprise. Movement against his chest turned his attention to the rabbit in his arms. The hare squirmed around until Nychta's arms had loosened his hold, and the rabbit quickly leapt from his arms and darted forward through the remaining foliage and pushed into the open. Alarmed, the horned god gave chase, and the canopy of trees disappeared into the night sky. He skidded as the rabbit doubled back, circling around his feet and tripping the god. The rabbit disappeared into the forest once more as Nychta fell to the ground, just narrowly managing to catch himself with his arms.

A soft groan left him as he propped himself onto one elbow so he could look over his shoulder and glare in the direction the hare fled to. "Traitor," he grumbled before slowly pushing himself up more and rolling over to sit up. Sharp claws gently scratched at the back of his neck hidden away by long black hair, his mind reeling as he tried to rethink his plan.
