Cecil has lived in Symphonia for the last three years so these two at last probably like casually know each other? Like Cecil probably stops in the bakery a few times and frequently burns his tongue on various baked goods that were just taken out of the oven. He's that customer.

So like casual acquaintances??? That one "please stop getting hurt my our goods" customer??? Maybe he supplies the bakery with flowers or something???

Aww no burning yourself on her baked goods. <3 She will feel so bad if she sees him do it, give him something on the house because he kept burning himself. Yes, she is his customer. She buys the flowers for herself buying his flowers to place around the bakery. Knowing her, she over spends her money on his flowers because lets be honest here, they look pretty and smell nice. As for the casual acquaintances, it sounds good to me.

Callisto is one of two cats that hangs around Riley every now and again. She’s very affectionate and loves cuddles. Also she constantly tries to steal any pastries Riley is holding. In all seriousness though, Callisto runs a nearby café so perhaps Riley knows her because she stops in every once in awhile. Or maybe Callisto has offered her a position at the café if she wants to get away from the bakery. Maybe one day Riley follows Callisto the cat and sees her transform into her human form and chaos ensues

Riley would go to the cafe because it would be a nice break from the bakery, though I feel like Riley would help out more than taking a second job at the cafe. I look forward to Riley finding out Callisto isn't a cat. <3 Also when did they meet? Did they meet before Callisto left or when she came back? We love drama, yes, yes, yes.

Since Callisto is two years older than Riley they could have met at the park or perhaps the schoolyard since I doubt they shared a classroom. If neither of those work for you then they could have met after she returned. ANd the shock of finding out your cat isn't your cat but an old friend will be hilarious.
