i suck at plotting, but i am down for discussing ANY plot idea for any of my nerds. also, feel free to ask for my discord if you want to plot/chat there! <3

[attr="class","scrollchan"] [attr="class","namechan"]CECIL THORNE MALE - 26 - DEMISEXUAL - APP Cecil has been living in Symphonia for the past three years and while he isn't exactly a pillar of the community, he doesn't go out of his way to criticize anything or anyone in the town either. He's been perfectly content to manage his flower farm on the outskirts of town with more cats than he actually owns. Cecil has suffered through a lot of heartbreak in his life so gaining his affection isn't really that easy plus do you really want to. [attr="class","namechan"]LIKESHIPS He is not a friendly or open man by any means, but I'd like to imagine he's made at least one friend if not a few in three years. Cecil is totally a candidate for a mom or dad friend, pls. He'd also be somewhat friendly to anyone he does business with, whether it's some sort of long standing contract or someone who just pops by to buy some flowers off him. JUST THROW IDEAS AT ME. [attr="class","namechan"]HATESHIPS I don't really see Cecil like actively hating anyone? He just kind of....isn't a fan of people...in general. lol. Like he'll be annoyed with people but he's pretty blunt towards everyone, even people he would consider friends. People hating him? Yeah, I can see that. Cecil is a cold man who is both blessed and cursed with an unfiltered honesty, he doesn't sugar coat things so I'm sure there's been some hurt feelings from what he has said. Oh, if you trample on his flowers or harm animals then he's probably gonna have some extreme dislike for you. [attr="class","namechan"]LOVESHIPS WELL, Cecil isn't the type to be wooed by cheap pick up lines or chocolates at first any romance with him is going be a long process and a very s l o w burn. He's found himself attracted to both guys and gals in the past but won't put any effort into something he doesn't think will really last. His last relationship (where he was potentially thinking about marriage) ended with her death and while it has been three years, the boy isn't looking to jump right back into the deep end. I am down for ANY romance plots though, so please feel free to hmu if you've got any ideas for this nerd. <3

[attr="class","scrollchan"] [attr="class","namechan"]FINN MACCOOL MALE - 130 - HOMOSEXUAL - APP Finn has been living in Symphonia for the last few decades or so, living a little ways out of town but working as a teacher. He's a wizard that was disowned by his rather powerful family after basically falling in love with the wrong man when he was younger, and for falling in love with a man. [attr="class","namechan"]LIKESHIPS All in all, Finn can be a decent guy, a little guarded and suspicious of people at times, but he's not one to turn away friends. However, most of his relationships are pretty shallow, he doesn't let a lot of people go deeper than the surface, even fellow supernatural beings. Maybe there's a person or two that he's like closer to though? IDK. He makes dad jokes and bad puns all the time so be his friend with caution. [attr="class","namechan"]HATESHIPS He's a suspicious mofo who can be rather crafty in order to get what he needs. Finn may not always be the most geniune person in the room so I'm sure he's made his fair share of enemies in his time alive. Finn is also v e r y slow to trust people and doesn't really hide it. He's also got his number one enemy in the guy that basically destroyed his life which may or may have a want ad in the future? *shrug emoji* [attr="class","namechan"]LOVESHIPS With romance, Finn is completely shallow. He'll do one night stands, flings, etc., but try to get him to commit and he's gone. It's not that he doesn't want to potentially have someone to spend his life with, but he's just never had the chance to heal from his first heart break. Finn will flirt with both men and women, but he is 100% only attracted to men.

Depending on how long he has been teaching can depend on if he was her teacher or not, though I think it would be cool if he was. <3 Though it is true that she would freak out if she found out he is a wizard she means well she just honestly doesn't believe in anything other than humans existing. Though you can be sure if she on accident hurts his feelings there will be a plate of cookies waiting on his desk if and when she sees him next. He should go to the bakery... her baked goods will make him happy.

cecil thorne && Zed Ragni
Zed has always had an appreciation for nature. His office would probably be drab and boring so maybe he'd like to spruce it up with some flowers. I can see Zed being a regular at his flower farm, just admiring the flowers. Maybe he'd even ask the spiders for their opinion on which flowers to decorate the otherwise boring clinic with. As a secret deal, he may even have some of his spiders stay to ward off any bad bugs that would otherwise eat up his flowers. I imagine Cecil may be confused though about the sudden increase in spiders haha.

Over all, though they initially may not be close friends, Zed would have a quiet admiration for Cecil's ability to grow flowers. If Cecil ever needed any help for check ups or the like, I'm sure he'd love to trade check ups for flowers.

Zed may initially find Finn to be a little strange. Maybe his out there dad jokes that he sometimes wont get or the way he flirts, but I think Zed wouldn't find him a bad person either. Even if Finn didn't want to talk about anything serious with him, his clinic is always open for any physical or emotional support. Maybe just hanging out and having tea or candy at his office. Zed has always been curious about humans, though he remains fearful since many of them step on spiders or are fearful of spiders. Maybe he'd ask Finn about all the things he had in mind about humans and the like.

If it got to the point where Finn flirted with Zed even just playfully, Zed may or may not develop a crush on Finn since he's absolutely clueless about love and the intricacies of flirting and dating. So, another avenue that would be kinda fun to explore could be if Finn taught him about those things, not necessarily as love interests but just as friends too xD

All in all, I kinda see a confidant relationship that doesnt go farther down the surface if it made Finn uncomfortable.
