[attr="class","smdbody"]It was pretty easy to guess as to why Cecil was in the park, especially considering where his attention was focused. It wasn't anything official (he didn't really want it to be anything official) but he would stop by every so often to check on the plants and flowers in the park, make sure there was nothing that was impeding their growth or health. It wasn't a part of his own job description, his own farm was decent walk from the park, but it was just something he liked doing. Cecil tried to stay out the way, crouching off the main walkways as he took his time examining an overgrown bush. It almost appeared as though it was sapping some nutrients from another bush nearby, this one was looking close to twice its size. "Are you being a bully? That's really not nice, you know." Cecil murmured as he rummaged through his small bag for his pruning shears. Cutting it back a little would hopefully solve the issue for a little while, "Sorry, but you knew it would come to this eventually." he continued to carry on a conversation with the bush and he trimmed off a few branches, a typical day in the park for him.
